In Novemer of 2007, the best fresh mex restaurant in town opened at the Citadel Mall. At Baja Bistro, we serve the most delicious burritos, quesadillas, tacos, nachos and queso dip. We use only the freshest ingredients and we make it all from scratch daily. We serve it up fast and at a great price! If you're not in the mood for Mexican, we offer a variety of other options, like our signature wings, burgers and salads. We have the best margaritas in town, made from scratch with no additives or preservatives! We also offer a full bar if you'd rather have a cold beer or a glass of wine. Tuesday is Trivia night, so come in and test your memory and win some cash! Wednesday is Karaoke and guitar hero. If you've got skills, come in and show them off at the Bistro!
